Here is a card that I made after I recycled a note card that was sent to me. I cut the front of the card and then added "miss you" as the sentiment.

Here is a card that I made today. I used a cut file from Capadia Designs for the card topper. I was unsure what sentiment to use and finally I decided on the Happy Birthday one. I pop dotted the sentiment to give it the 3D effect.
